Privacy Policy

Effective 10 September 2026. This describes what RiskDesk collects on https://riskdesk.dev and how we use it.

1. Who is responsible

RiskDesk operates this website and the license delivery service. Questions: support@riskdesk.dev.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell, license, support, and improve RiskDesk:

  • Checkout and demo requests: email address, MT5 account number, plan (demo / monthly / yearly / lifetime).
  • Payments: if you pay with crypto, NOWPayments processes the payment. We store order and payment references they send us so we can deliver the file. We do not store your wallet seed or card number.
  • If PayPal is enabled later: PayPal would process that payment. We would store the PayPal transaction / order id, your email, and the MT5 login so we can deliver and refund.
  • License: license token, plan, expiry, live seat logins you claim, and whether the license is active or refunded.
  • Support: messages you send to support@riskdesk.dev or our Telegram support accounts.
  • Site analytics: a random session id in your browser (localStorage key rd_sid), page path, referrer, language, screen size, timezone, and optional UTM tags from the URL. Clicks on main buttons may be logged the same way. This is our own tracker to https://api.riskdesk.dev/api/track, not Google Analytics.
  • Language preference: riskdesk_lang_pref in localStorage so the language picker can remember your choice.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not ask for your broker password.

3. Why we use it

  • To email your licensed EX5 and installer instructions
  • To lock the paid file to the MT5 login(s) you licensed
  • To process refunds and stop a cancelled license
  • To answer support
  • To see which pages and ads send visitors (UTM / page views)

4. Who else sees it

  • NOWPayments — crypto checkout
  • PayPal — only if you pay with PayPal after we enable it
  • Email provider — to send the EX5 and support mail
  • Hosting / CDN (including Cloudflare) — to serve the site; they may see IP address in server logs

Paid EX5 builds may check license status with https://api.riskdesk.dev from your MT5 terminal (account number and license token). Demo builds do not use that online check.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order, license, and support records for as long as we need them to deliver the product, honor seats, handle refunds, and meet accounting or dispute needs. You can ask us to correct your email or to close a license after a refund.

6. Your choices

Email support@riskdesk.dev to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, unless we must keep a record of a payment or refund. You can clear site localStorage in your browser to remove the session and language keys.

7. Children

RiskDesk is for adults who may legally use MetaTrader 5. We do not knowingly sell to children.

8. Changes
