Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

RiskDesk sells licensed desktop software for MetaTrader 5. Contact: support@riskdesk.dev. Site: https://riskdesk.dev.

2. What you buy

You buy a license to use a compiled RiskDesk EX5 file on MetaTrader 5. You do not receive source code. Paid licenses are locked to the MT5 login number(s) you give at checkout (up to 10 live logins on one EX5, plus any demo accounts). Seat 1 is the purchase login. Extra live logins need the 6-digit email claim code described on Pricing and FAQ.

Plans and regular (list) prices:

• Demo — $0 · 31 days · MT5 demo accounts only
• Monthly — $29 prepaid · 31 days
• Annual — $99 prepaid · 12 months
• Lifetime — $179 one-time · no calendar expiry for v4.x as stated on the site

You pay the amount shown at checkout on Pricing at the time of purchase. That may be a launch or promotional rate while those rates are displayed on the site. Paid checkout is a one-time prepaid payment, not an auto-renewing subscription. Monthly and annual licenses end when the prepaid window ends. To continue, pay again; we email a new licensed file.

3. What RiskDesk is not

• Not a broker. We do not hold your trading money or open a trading account for you.
• Not the sale of forex, CFDs, securities, or any investment product.
• Not a signal service, copy-trading service, or managed account.
• Not financial advice. Footer and product copy: trading is risky; you are responsible for every order.
• Not a promise of profit, income, or win-rate.

RiskDesk is a trader-controlled on-chart assistant. You set the rules. The software can place or manage orders on your MT5 account when you use it that way. That does not make us a broker or an investment firm.

4. How you pay and how we deliver

Today, paid plans are paid with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. After payment confirms, we email the licensed EX5 to the address you entered, usually within minutes. You must add https://api.riskdesk.dev yourself in MT5 Expert Advisors WebRequest settings for paid builds.

If we later offer PayPal or cards, the same license and refund rules apply. Delivery still happens only after the payment provider confirms payment.

5. Refunds

As published on Pricing and FAQ:

• Monthly: full refund within 3 days of purchase, any reason.
• Annual and lifetime: full refund within 10 days of purchase, any reason.

Email support@riskdesk.dev from the purchase email and include the MT5 login. After we refund, the license is cancelled. If you paid through a provider that offers buyer protection (for example PayPal, if enabled), that provider’s rules may also apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may use RiskDesk only on MT5 accounts you are allowed to trade. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, or share the licensed file as if it were unlocked software. We may disable a license for fraud, chargeback abuse, or a material breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Software is provided as-is. Markets can move against you. RiskDesk does not reduce risk to zero. We are not liable for trading losses. Our liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes
